Our radiographic reporting service is offered free of charge to all of our client practices, and it is designed to provide clear, practical support in case management. Each radiographic report typically begins with a summary of the presenting problems, ensuring that the clinical context is clearly understood. This is followed by a detailed review of the submitted radiographs, highlighting any significant or abnormal findings that may be relevant to the patient’s condition.

Once the radiographic assessment is complete, our team will outline the suggested next steps in the management of the case. Where surgical treatment may be indicated, our surgeons will provide detailed recommendations regarding potential procedures, along with an estimate of costs. This helps practitioners and owners make informed decisions about the most appropriate treatment pathway.

It is important to note that our team consists of experienced surgeons rather than specialist imagers. As such, in certain cases where highly advanced or specialist interpretation is required, we will advise consultation with a dedicated imaging specialist. This ensures that patients always receive the most accurate and comprehensive assessment possible.

Our radiographic reporting service has proven to be extremely popular, and we are proud to support our first opinion colleagues by offering timely, practical, and clinically relevant advice. Our aim is to provide additional reassurance, improve case outcomes, and help practitioners feel confident in managing even complex scenarios.

To request a radiographic second opinion, we ask that you complete our referral form and attach the relevant DICOM or JPEG files. Please also provide the patient’s clinical history and a concise summary of presenting signs. Supplying this information allows us to tailor our recommendations more effectively, ensuring that the advice we provide is both relevant and actionable for your specific case.
