This comprehensive 45-60 minute ophthalmology consultation can be performed at your practice in a consultation with the owners. The consultation includes a thorough examination of the eye and periocular structures with:
- Full examination
- Tonometry
- Slit lamp examination
- Tear film assessment
- On site cytology
- Fundic exam as required
Specialist equipment is brought along to the appointment by James allowing the practice peace of mind when booking an ophthalmology consultation.

What happens after the consultation?
A report will be written and provided to you, the practice detailing clinical findings and suggest treatment options going forward.Occasionally surgery or further diagnostics may be required. This will be discussed with the owner and costings, where appropriate, provided to the veterinary practice within the report.
